BREEAM ( Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is the world’s leading infrastructure and buildings sustainability assessment method.
BREEAM certification is performed for new projects and buildings already in operations. Worldwide, there are more than half a million of objects certified by BREEAM and more than 2 million are already registered for evaluation.
BREEAM is the most comprehensive evaluation system for projects covering 9 evaluation areas: management, health and well-being, energy, transport, water, materials, waste, ecology, pollution. At least 40 points are required for rating “GOOD”, 55 or more for “VERY GOOD”, no less than 70 for “EXCELLENT” and more than 85 for “OUTSTANDING”.
At the current state, worldwide there are only 87 sustainable offices with exceptional architecture evaluated as “OUTSTANDING”.

Comfortable working conditions are ensured by high-efficiency ventilation system with recuperation, effective LG Electronics heating pumps and air-conditioners, microclimate parameters are controlled on every floor based on the individual requirements of tenants. All the engineering systems are controlled by BMS.
In our activities we use electricity, which is 100% generated from renewable energy sources (RES).
By doing so, we contribute to the environment where we work and express our attitude towards environmental problems in the country.
